American Society of Papyrologists
The American Society of Papyrologists (ASP) is an international scholarly community dedicated to advancing the study of ancient papyrological texts in all of their chronological, linguistic, and geographic diversity. The society approaches its work with a spirit of amicitia papyrologorum, which centers collaboration and exchanges of ideas in person, in print, and in the digital sphere.
ASP publishes The Bulletin of the American Society of Papyrologists (BASP), the only North American journal in the field of papyrology, and three book series.
