- A commentator begins by explaining the term technobrega. We see concert footage with a giant crowd under bright lights and fireworks: the speaker system for the musicians is enormous. City streets and passersby introduce the city of Belém. A heavy-set music producer introduces himself and shows off his small studio that contains a keyboard and computer setup. We see footage of CDs being sold on the streets, of a concert being set up, and dancing crowds. A DJ is interviewed while sitting at the wheel of his car, interspersed with further shots from the recording studio and the concert.
