  • Letterpress envelope printed for the first day issue of the Frances Perkins postage stamp, April 10, 1980. It was printed on Helaine Victoria Press’s hand-fed Chandler & Price letterpress, 1980, limited edition. This particular FDC included the Eleanor Roosevelt 5¢ stamp from October 1, 1963 and three additional stamps that relate to the historical period. The descriptive, historical insert was the Frances Perkins postcard from the Bread & Roses series.
